These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the usage of the Jobbora LLC websites, platforms, and services (collectively, the “Jobbora Sites” and the “Jobbora Services”) by individuals seeking employment or employment-related information ("Job Seekers") and organizations, including employment agencies, seeking to provide information and search for individuals regarding open employment positions ("Employers") (collectively, “Users”).

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between each Job Seeker, Employer, or other User (“You” or “Your”) and Jobbora LLC, including its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, "Jobbora"). These Terms include the Jobbora Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”), which is incorporated by reference. By using or accessing any Jobbora Sites or Services, You accept these Terms. If You do not agree, do not use the Jobbora Sites or Services. Jobbora may revise these Terms at any time by updating this URL, and continued use of the Jobbora Sites or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Use of the Jobbora Sites
The Jobbora Sites encompass any websites under Jobbora’s control, including those accessible through this URL. Users must be 13 years of age or older to access or use any Jobbora Site. If You are under the age of 18 or the age of majority in Your jurisdiction, You must use the Jobbora Sites under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or another responsible adult. The content on the Jobbora Sites is owned by Jobbora and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Upon registering with any Jobbora Site, You may be required to create an account and provide certain personal information, including name, zip code, career and education level, and a valid email address ("Information").

Job Seekers may create profiles (“Profiles”) on the Jobbora Sites, which may include personal information. Profiles must accurately represent the individual creating them.

2. Use of Jobbora Content
Jobbora authorizes You to access and use the content on the Jobbora Sites ("Jobbora Content") for personal use, subject to these Terms. Jobbora Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws and is the property of Jobbora or its licensors. Unauthorized use of Jobbora Content is strictly prohibited. You agree not to sell, modify, reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Jobbora Content for any public or commercial purpose without Jobbora's prior written consent.

3. Use of Jobbora Services
The Jobbora Services include products, applications, and services offered by Jobbora, such as online platforms for posting and searching for employment opportunities. Employers’ use of Jobbora Services is also subject to any contracts they may have with Jobbora. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an Employer's contract with Jobbora, the contract terms will prevail.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under Your account. You agree to immediately notify Jobbora of any unauthorized use of Your account.

All Users agree not to:

- Engage in illegal activities, violate any applicable laws, or breach Jobbora’s Privacy Notice.
- Overload Jobbora Sites’ infrastructure or interfere with the Sites' operation.
- Use automated means to access Jobbora Sites without Jobbora's permission.
- Post or distribute false, misleading, or harmful content.

Jobbora reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Jobbora Sites for any User who violates these Terms.

4. Additional Terms Applicable to Employers
Employers are solely responsible for their postings on Jobbora Sites. Jobbora is not an employer with respect to Your use of the Jobbora Sites and is not responsible for any employment decisions made by Employers. Employers must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to labor and employment, data privacy, and intellectual property.

Job Ads posted by Employers must be accurate and must not contain misleading information or exploitative content. Jobbora reserves the right to remove any Job Ad or content that does not comply with these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Employers using the Jobbora Resume Database must use the database in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and must not disclose the data to third parties, except as explicitly authorized.

5. Additional Terms Applicable to Job Seekers
Job Seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their resumes and personal information provided on Jobbora Sites. Jobbora encourages Job Seekers to protect their personal information and avoid sharing sensitive details such as social security numbers or bank account information with prospective employers.

Job Seekers acknowledge that Job Ads are created by third parties and that Jobbora does not control the content of these ads. Job Seekers’ account information may be deleted after a period of inactivity.

6. User Content and Submissions
Users are responsible for the content they post on Jobbora Sites. By posting content, You grant Jobbora a license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content. Jobbora reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Users may not post offensive, misleading, or illegal content. Jobbora may take action, including content removal or account termination, against Users who violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property Infringement
If You believe that Your copyrighted work or trademark has been infringed on the Jobbora Sites, please contact Jobbora’s designated agent at [insert contact information]. Jobbora will investigate and may remove infringing content.

8. Limitation of Liability
Jobbora Sites act as platforms for Employers and Job Seekers. Jobbora is not involved in the actual transaction between Employers and Job Seekers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of jobs or resumes posted. Jobbora disclaims liability for any damages arising from the use of the Jobbora Sites or Services.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

10. General
